Ran Oren
Chairman of the Association
Chairman since 2006, M.A. in Psychology and B.A in Business. A social entrepreneur, group facilitator and lecturer in education and parenting. He led the center of “Shilav Parenting” in Tel Aviv and is the founder of “Developland” center for parents and children.
Uri Rimon
Board Member
Board  Member since 2012 and previously a volunteer in the Association.  Manager of Integration Projects at Maram (Computerized Car Information). B.A in software and Industrial Management, M.A in Social Communications and specialized in the educational method of the Association (PTM)
Adva Sela
Board Member & Treasurer
Member of the Kibbutz Givat Brenner.  Previously worked in plant marketing and is today a Sales Manager in “Kol Gan” plant nursery. Active in the social field for many years, with plenty of experience working with autistic people.

Riman Barakat
Co-Director of Development
Active as  a volunteer since 2012. Fulbright scholar & M.A in the fields of Middle Eastern Studies and International Affairs. Working as the Executive Director of BTI Palestine (Breaking the Impasse), and previously as Palestinian co-Director at IPCRI.
Valerie Gottschalk
Co-Director of Development
Valerie started working for the Association in 2014. She has an MA in International Relations and a BA in Political Science. She has experience working in different social organizations (IPRCI, Doctors of the World) and social businesses (MEJDI).
Noa Hyman
Project Coordinator for Youth of Light Workshops
An artist and educator, B.A in Education and teaching certificate from David-Yalin College. Facilitator for conflict groups at the School of Peace “Wahat Al-Salam” in Neve Shalom, a volunteer in the KCP project (kids creating peace), serves as youth and community guide in Aviezer and teaches art and theatre in school.
Asaf Percia
Project Director
Executive Director and manager of the Youth of Light project in the years 2005-2013. B.A in Education and trained in the Pedagogy for the Third Millennium method by Patrizio Paoletti Foundation in Italy.
Hila Rimon
Volunteers Coordinator
Active as volunteer since 2005, B.A in International Relations, M.A in Social Communications. Was also trained in Pedagogy for the Third Millennium method.
Eilon Tal
Project Coordinator for Youth of Light Ashkelon
Active volunteer since 2012, Eilon has experience in project and group management. Eilon is the educator of the project in Ashkelon and accompanies the youth in their development in the project.
